Who I Am

I am Koleen Baes Paunon, a fullstack engineer and founder with 13 years of enterprise software delivery across Accenture, Deloitte, and clients spanning the US, Australia, and Europe.

I have shipped production blockchain systems for central bank regulated finance, written secured and gas optimized smart contracts on Ethereum, and integrated AI at scale with Anthropic Claude and OpenAI. I am AWS SAA-C02 certified and have delivered across regulated industries including energy, financial services, and healthcare. Through the DICT I have trained more than 1,000 Filipino developers on blockchain. For the past 2 years I have been working with Bitskwela onboarding people to web2 and web3, writing learning materials in Solidity, Move, and JavaScript.

Today I am building three things in production. MedixAI, the clinical operating system now used by 50+ verified Filipino physicians. Dayou, a sports booking and intelligence platform where I lead engineering as Principal Engineer. And Ronway, a post quantum cryptography scanner written in Rust. BPxAI is the brand that ties my consulting and product work together.

My mission is to be the face of Philippine technology and to build what no Filipino founder has built before.

MedixAI

The clinical operating system for Filipino doctors.

MedixAI removes the documentation and administrative load that drains physician time in the Philippines. AI clinical notes generated from live consultations, pre consultation patient briefs, lab and scan interpretation support, and clinical flagging, all built for how Filipino doctors actually work.

In June 2026 a single organic post inside a Filipino physician community turned into 50+ verified, PRC licensed doctors onboarded across specialties, with the first end to end clinical validation confirmed inside a live clinic. A founding clinical advisory board now drives the product roadmap.

Built solo. Stack: Next.js, Supabase, Anthropic Claude API. Founding Doctor pricing: PHP 799/month.

Ronway

Security / Rust · Live

Post quantum cryptography, made measurable.

Ronway scans domains for post quantum readiness and exposes how unprepared most infrastructure is for the next era of cryptographic risk. Written in Rust, deployed in production, backed by 113 passing tests. The Philippine PQC Readiness Index, published from 44 completed domain scans, found zero quantum ready domains.
